ABOUT WORKFORCE READINESS ADVANCEMENT & PLACEMENT, INC

WRAP’s mission is to break the cycle of poverty and increase employment rate amongst the age group 16-25 in economically deprived communities by building a pipeline of well-trained workforce participants who are equipped with marketable, employable, career-focused and professional skills which ultimately will lead to job attainment and financial self-sustainability.

WRAP’s vision is to significantly increase the number of employed youth in underserved communities within the age group 16-25, who are in need of effective and impactful workforce training and best-fit placement, thus producing economically self-sufficient individuals and contributing members of society.

WRAP is intentionally designed to prepare, engage and empower youth ages 16-25 for their successful transition into the workforce, thus increasing their participation in the workplace and preventing them from dropping out of life.
